About Me

My name is Eugene Pettit and I am a Web Designer from Athlone, Co. Roscommon.

I am currently based in Galway City where I am studying for a Masters Degree in Electronic Commerce at NUIG.

From 2007 to 2011 I studied in GMIT where I obtained an Ordinary Degree in Business Computing & Digital Media and an Honours Degree in Information Technology for Business.

I also design artwork for promotions such as posters and flyers, some examples can be seen to the right of the page.

Purpose of my Portfolio

I have created an Online Portfolio in order to showcase my work with the hope of future employment.
Because I am building up a portfolio, my work is guarenteed to be of a high quality and a low cost.

Previous Work

Malones Irish Bar, Edinburgh.

Malones is a popular Irish bar located in Edinburgh, Scotland. The website features a number of social media integrations including news feeds, links and galleries. There are both Music and Sports event listings.

The website also features a fully downloadable food menu, a guestbook and map locators.

Blue Ribbon Wedding Specialist

Blue Ribbon Wedding Specialist is located in Athlone, Co. Roscommon. Specialises in chauffeuring but also caters for others aspects of weddings such as the Video Kiosk, Cakes, Invitations, Music and Photographers.

The website features galleries for the wedding cars as well as testimonials and social media links.

Jenny Mc Connell Art

mJc is the Portfolio website of Artist Jennifer Mc Connell, who is based in Dublin. Her artwork ranges from Paintings to Castings and other similar styles. Jennifer has won multiple awards including the Glebe Gallery Prize 2012.

Amy is a Research Manager from Belgium. Her current work involves conducting large scale multi-country social research projects for the European Commission.

The website was created to promote her research work in a professional manner.

Edinburgh RISSC

ERISSC is the FAI approved Edinburgh Republic of Ireland Soccer Supports Club. The Club is linked to Malones Irish Bar and is set to be launched in time for Euro 2012.

Eqwhip

Eqwhip was created by Matthew Cullen in 2012. It is a horse racing whip which counts the number of times a horse has been struck, in accordance to new racing regulations.

The invention is entered in the Student Enterprise Awards in Croke Park, April 18th 2012.

Clann na nGael GAA

The Clann na nGael website was developed using Google Sites. It features full score updates, club store, photo and video galleries.
